The Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo (The Grishaverse)
I adored this book from the start all the way to the end. I wasn’t certain of whether I was going to like ANY of the characters but as the story travels on we learn more and more about each of the main protagonists. The story was told from many perspectives and it was done brilliantly. Not once did I have an issue with the changing perspective, except when something exciting was happening and I had to deal with a cliffhanger. However there was never a perspective that was boring. As you delve deeper into the book you get some of the histories of the characters as they have flashbacks, these were also done very well and fitted seamlessly into the storyline. Overall I highly recommend this book, I haven’t got my hands on the second in the duology yet but I absolutely will. I also plan to read everything else in the Grishaverse as well.
